Engage your Leadership Team and your Management in this 1 Day Competitive Analysis and Strategy Workshop to get a common understanding of why and how your organisation should go ALL-IN in a  Sustainable Transition if you want to be a leader in your industry.

  • Have you noticed how the sustainability statements of different organisations look all the same when it comes to their Impact and Pledge? It doesn’t have to be like this. Next, examine Light House cases to gain inspiration from organisations which have done something tangible for a positive societal, environmental and economical impact. Now find your spot in the landscape. Which direction do you need to move to shape your Sustainability USP?

  • Can Purpose, People, Planet and Profit really be aligned and work in synergy or is it just greenwashing and bluewashing? Are there truly sustainable organisations, who have reformed their business model and their entire operations to bring sustainable impact while being financially successful? Onboard your leadership team on a journey to discover the evidence and facts of sustainable leadership.

  • Does your leadership team share a common vision of where your organisation will be in 5 years, 10 years and 20 years from now? Are there ways to paint this picture together, get buy in, engage, and make everyone else in the organisation feel passionate about it?

Shape a Common Culture that Drives and Accelerates Sustainability

  • The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) are considered the inner, human counterpart of the Sustainable Development Goals. They are a framework collecting the human capabilities and skills required to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, elaborated by cognitive scientists, psychologists and experts in adult learning, over the course of the last years, to face the unprecedented social and environmental crisis, and the evident struggle humanity is facing trying to change mindsets, behaviours and systems that are no longer sustainable. During the training we will explore the framework and its practical applicability, through interactive deep dives, exercises and reflections, connect the IDGs to the SDGs and provide the perfect entry point for the Ecologies Assessments.

  • The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call-to-action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity.

The 17 SDGs are integrated—they recognize that action in one area will affect outcomes in others, and that development must balance social, economic and environmental sustainability.

The creativity, know-how, technology and financial resources from all of society are necessary to achieve the SDGs in every context: can individuals, operating together as an organisation, impact the progress towards the SDGs on a larger scale, thanks to their collective action and critical mass, and thanks to the influence their business has on society and economy?

During the training we explore how the SDGs touch the lives we live and the lives we influence as workers, trying to bring the planetary concern closer to our home, looking at our everyday work exchanges as a possibility of direct influence on the greater good. This training is the most appropriate entry point to the Ecologies Impact Assessment.

  • The term ESG was popularly used first in a 2004 report titled "Who Cares Wins”, which was a joint initiative of financial institutions at the invitation of UN.

Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) is a set of aspects considered when investing in companies, that recommends taking environmental issues, social issues and corporate governance issues into account. It prioritises a model of looking into business that links directly profit to a positive impact on ecology, society and honesty.

Since 2020, there have been accelerating incentives from the United Nations (UN) to overlay ESG data with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). During the training we will explore the framework, its relation to the Sustainable Development Goals and to the Inner Development Goals, to bring it closer to us, and see how we can influence it.

In the training we learn about the Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance considerations, and their relation to the Sustainable Development Goals

This training is the most appropriate entry point to the Ecologies Impact Assessment and is best associated with the Sustainable Devalopment Goals and the Inner Development Goals Primers.

  • All our trainings adopt Systems Thinking methodologies to change radically the approach to Business Modelling, and enable your People and your Organisation to carry out complex change starting from their willingness to bring positive impact.

Engage your entire Team with our Primers, designed to shape a common language and competencies around Sustainability, connecting The Inner Development Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals.
